The Mission of the O.W.L V.F.D. is to provide quality fire and rescue services to the citizens and all who visit Woodbridge in conjunction with the Prince William County Fire and Rescue system and the Prince William Country Department of Fire and Rescue. This combination of volunteer personnel and paid staff is intended to be a cost-efficient means of providing this essential service to the community.
