Congratulations to Rescue Chief Sandra Williams on Her ALS Endorsement!
OWL VFD is proud to announce that Rescue Chief Sandra Williams has earned the Prince William County Fire & Rescue System Operational Medical Director’s Advanced Life Support (ALS) endorsement — a significant accomplishment that qualifies her to lead a crew staffing an ALS medic unit. 💪
Chief Williams first joined OWL in 2005. After a break in service, she returned in 2013 and has since become a vital leader within the department. Over the years, she has served in multiple operational leadership roles, and in 2022, she was elected Rescue Chief.
Her dedication extends beyond the field. As an EMT instructor, Chief Williams has devoted countless hours to training new EMTs and helping certified EMTs advance their skills. She has also made a lasting impact administratively, serving on OWL’s Recruitment and Retention Committee to strengthen the department’s future.
This achievement reflects her continued commitment to excellence, leadership, and service to our community.
Please join us in celebrating Chief Sandra Williams for reaching this milestone and for everything she does to support OWL and Prince William County.
