OWL Member Spotlight: Anthony Villanueva-Torres on Earning OMD Endorsement

Anthony Villanueva-Torres has earned an endorsement from the PWC Operational Medical Director.

EMTs earn the endorsement by successfully completing a protocols class and an internship with one of our field training officers to ensure an understanding of the uniform treatment procedures outlined in the patient care manual.

EMT Villanueva-Torres joined OWL in April 2022. He is also certified as an Ambulance Driver.
