OWL Responds to Assist with Fly Out
Auto Accident – Fly Out – Route 1

OWL units responded to an auto accident at the intersection of Route 1 and Mount Pleasant Dr. in Woodbridge. Crews arrived to find a patient with serious injuries. Route 1 northbound was briefly shutdown.
The patient had to be flown to a nearby trauma center. Medic 513 transported the patient to Fred Lynn Middle School where Engine 512 was dispatched to establish a landing zone for Fairfax County Police (HFX2).
