EMT’s earn the Prince William County Fire & Rescue System’s Operational Medical Director’s (OMD) endorsement endorsement by successful completion of a protocols class and an internship with one of our field training officers to ensure understanding of the uniform treatment procedures outlined in the patient care manual.
