OWL Responds to 2-Alarm House Fire
2 Alarm Structure Fire – Townhouse
Mill House Court, Woodbridge

8:17 p.m.
Units were dispatched to a Townhouse Fire in the Lake Ridge area. Crews arrived to heavy fire showing on the first and second floors with flames through the roof. Command sounded second alarm for additional resources. Crews used a defense attack to knock down the fire.
The occupants safely evacuated, however two dogs perished in the fire. The fire caused damage to two townhouses and a third received smoke damage.
OWL VFD’s Auxiliary responded to provide refreshments to all crews on the scene. The American Red Cross was called to assist the displaced residents.
Prince William County Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the cause of the fire.
Units from Dale City Volunteer Fire Department, Prince William County Department of Fire and Rescue, and Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department responded.
