This is a SEALED Bid Sale, which must be received at OWLVFD 910 Highams Court, Woodbridge, VA 22191 no later than September 3, 2019 at 5pm to be considered together with a $100 deposit.  Property will not be released until entire bid funds clear or paid in full by cash.  The successful bidder will be notified by email the evening of September 3^rd and will have until September 5th at 7pm to make payment in full or the deposit will be forfeited and the property will be offered to the next highest bidder.  Deposits will not be cashed except the successful bidders will be deposited upon opening of the bids.  Other deposits will be destroyed unless the bidder supplied a return self-addressed envelope for the check to be returned.

Inspection will be ONLY on August 26^th, 27^th, and 28^th from 9 am to 12 noon at 910 Highams Ct.  Bidders are responsible for determining the condition of the property, no representations as to condition may be relied upon, condition is solely up to the bidder to determine.

I understand this bid is being submitted together with a deposit of $100 that will be held until the closing/opening of the bids at which time the successful bidders check will be deposited and all unsuccessful bidders deposit checks will be destroyed unless they have here-with provided a self-addressed stamped envelope for return of the check.  Furthermore, I warrant and agree that no representations have been made as to condition and I have inspected the property myself to determine condition.
