Former Ambulance 502B

2014 International built by Horton Emergency Vehicles (R117)

Ambulance 502B has an International truck chassis and is equipped to run as an Advanced Life Support (ALS) unit or Basic Life Support (BLS) unit. The unit can have up to four staffing members. Like all OWL VFD transport units, Ambulance 502B is equipped with Stryker Power Pro Cots with a Power load system. These battery-powered hydraulic cots raise and lower at the touch of a button. Along with the power load system the set-up makes moving the patient and loading the patient into the unit safer for both the operator and patient.
